It says it in the description, it says he's playing PC at high graphics it doesn't say specifically what settings most likely no enhancements and the name of the map is Hangar 21 from a DLC map called Final Stand, the last main DLC ones until the community operation ones.

If you buy this game for campaign only so my answer is yes just refund and if you want the multyplayer game that different like call of duty just keep playing dude this game is fun when its multyplayer
