i wouldve taken a point from both in the second round, and carmouche in the 3rd and 4th. 2 friends sparring is considered a "championship" fight. only in Bellator.

Not to mention all of the open-side counters she would’ve been susceptible to. Then we’d have slow pokes like you complaining why she didn’t check. Just admit that you’ve never trained a day in your life and we’ll just leave it that.

You do realise checking the kick hurts both and the leg was so badly compromised, that checking it would likely be a net negative and still do more damage to her leg than Liz’s.

Enormes Arbeitspensum, aber keine all zu große Effekthascherei das die beiden voll austrainierten female MMA Fighterinen bewältigt haben. Lehrbuchmäßig wie zu sehen war wie die Kicks von Liz Carmouche einen Profi wie Ilima Lei Macfarlane mehr mals zu Boden gehen ließen. Anspruchsvoll und unterhaltsam zugleich. Obwohl sie unterlegen war hat mir Ilima Lei Macfarlane mir mehr gefallen. 💪🥰🌹⛩️♥️
