Broadway icon Liza Minnelli remembered the "King Of Pop," who was an usher at Liza's wedding to David Guest. She told Harry Smith, "He loved to learn."

Okey I am not a total bandwagon jumper at all, but I was a huge Michael Jackson fan. And EVERYONE who I knew called me/texted me to console me when he passed. But I too, was completely numb for a good week and just didn't feel anything because deep down I didn't or couldn't accept it as true. I wanted to believe otherwise. But now everyone seems to love him...if they all had when he was alive, he would have never hid and stayed active all these years

I feel sorry for people like you who can't recognise that Michael was one of the most kind, loving and caring people on Earth. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Now please let Mike just rest in peace.

i think it was called the spacewalk before mj put his own flare to it, it was a dance move before michael came along, but it was M.J who made it his own and made it popular. he was the king of that move. but yeah, i know it was called something else before M.j but cant remember what and cant be bothered to look it up, probably something like space walk :D

You can argue it from both sides but if it was me, I would want my child's abuser in jail. You just said that if the parents didn't except the money and the case went ahead then Michael would have lost, so surely the parents would have thought "stuff his money, I'd rather see him in jail". But they did'nt. They happily accepted the money and off they went with their supposedly "abused child". Again, it's extremely easy to accuse someone. Not so easy to provide evidence. They wanted money.

For the ignorant, Micheal was found guilty of nothing.. The charges were never proven. We live in a country where your supposed to be innocent until proven quilty. You can hurt the man no more. He sings with the angels now.

I think that she may be in shock. I did not cry until two or three days after he passed because my mind did not want to believe it. When such a tragic thing happens so suddenly it takes time for your mind to grasp the idea that the tragic news is infact true. She did sound a bit shaken to me though. Now that reality has set in for me I am STILL crying. But he is alive in all of our hearts and his spirit is definilty living in his music. R.I.P. MICHAEL JACKSON!!! :'(

Innocent until PROVEN guilty. (in a court of law, not the media nor the court of public opinion) Judge not lest ye be judged. Forgiveness is divine. Michael will live forever.

Well maybe if you'd done your research I'd respect your opinion. Michael was proven "not guilty" In those cases so therefore your argument means nothing.

@LelamariL I know it's been a long time since you posted these remarks, but I just had to let you know how great they were. Especially the last sentence! I too believe it was the evil in this world - mostly in America that broke this man down, and he did such good things for many less fortunate people. We will never see another like him. Thank you for your words.

You know, it's extremely easy to accuse someone of something. You and I both could be accused of any single crime tomorrow. It is also quite easy to prove someone is guilty, the evidence is there. There was no evidence against Michael, therefore I believe he was innocent. Also, notice how after those families received money from Michael, they went away. I believe that if a parent truly believed a man had abused their child they would want him in jail and wouldn't just settle for any money.

@lizziesecondstreet I agree 100%. Some of his other so-called "friends" have said some questionable things to the press since his death. Liza was one of his true friends.

@CrimsonVibrato So, the kid that was accused of being considered molested had actually admitted that he had been lying, and it's not considered proof? And good job, you seen a small flaw in my grammar and use that against my intelligence.

Crimes against children are the most egregious. To turn off one's common sense because pedophilia does not fit well with one's idolotry of a human is the epitome of ignorance. One can be a great artist and mentally ill at the same time. Sorry to burst your bubble.
