At least they were able to give it to everyone. That's a helluva gift. There's a lot of nepotism in show business. She's not an example of it. She deserved fully to be famous, though the head start of exposure and instruction sure didn't hurt.

I always love the clips of Liza performing with her mother. And that clip where Judy Garland is sitting the floor watching Liza perform, you could see the pride and love she felt for her talented daughter. I always think of how she would have felt to see Liza in Cabaret and winning the Oscar for her performance. I imagine she'd have been over the rainbow.

Hi Liza back in 1971 or 72 - when i was 23, I went to a place a dance place on PCH in Orange County- Sunset beach and was dancing on the dance floor next to you. We smiled at each other and I suddenly saw you & super “fanned out,” and yes literally picked you up…. You were light as a feather , spun us in a circle and set you back down and kept in dancing. You and i laughed. You were so kind and seemed to not mind. I got to see you one more time at the Cerritos performing arts Center in the 90s. Thanks for being so gracious with me. Im now 77 and still a fan. God bless you gal.

Yes!! SM expressed it, spectacularly, &, exactly! "Lovingly vulnerable"!!!!! Always,!! Because she wore Bob Mackie SO bravely back then. (BC) (Before Cher).. Please, forgive me, if I am wrong, about the dates.. I love & have loved, Liza, being the ONLY Woman in the "Rat Pack"! If she had a, Me Too, minute or more. She has been given the "Grace & Time", most of us have never been given. She was a femininist & feminine. Let her say. (.) If she would like to say something. Her life as an "IT" girl has, been A MOST original, audacious and best maneuvered, we, have yet, to see, or has been seen, or duplicated, (Please, forgive me, should I be mistaken, per your opinion). Herself alone, in a day, age, Matriarchy, Patriarchy, before my birth, "Gorgeous" as, not, to be seen again, existence! That's just the public self/side of her! I can't hardly imagine her private life. I Love you and your family Miss Liza! Take care, and God Bless.
