Check out speed paints, contrast paints and washes for some easier hacks to create very nice visual effects with much less difficulty than just layering matte colours 👍😎 don't let anything stop you from pursuing your dreams 🌞

Thanks for bringing us the lizardmen. Sadly is not the edition of temple guards or saurus...they are way expensive for what they bring. Compared to the heavy infantry of other units. Hope the official book will fix this when it comes out

Yeah, i couldn't disagree more. Its not the best edition for infantry, that is true. But in comparison to other heavy infantry Saurus are prob the best core outside of forsaken. A couple of other armies that make special units core dont count imo. Black orcs are criminally under costed.

@@MountainMiniatures I thought the same as the poster, but I played a couple games recently and redeployed and used my SG and TG blocks differently, and, against anything not a dragon or Blood Knights or something very killy with a ton of attacks, SG and TG are very strong. But they aren't good against every unit in the game. But in a block of 7x2 or 7x3, they can be very strong and murder most units even in sustained combats.

Lizardmen are a "legacy faction" so I don't think we're getting a book, the crappy rules we got are the crappy rules we get

A beginner player wouldn't play so badly tactically as to wait with his 2 strongest units while he destroys the rest. Make these battles more normal because I like watching you, but this was bad
