We are a lot of museli when my kids were growing up!! Being in the US, and off gluten the last dozen years, I'm also careful with oatmeal - found some great sprouted, OG and GF rolled oats that are great this way! I've been making little bowls of OG Chia pudding with collagen, L-ruteri yogurt (coconut) some fresh fruit and adaptogens you might check out Chef Jana's lovely you tube channel, with lots of great tips and recipes. I've followed her directions for making Green Banana Biomass, a common ingredient in Brazil as an alternate for cheese and other ingredients. it's high in resistant starch (rather than the sugars found in ripe Bananas) I love it in pesto! I've been sprouting both broccoli and other small seeds, and beans etc and add a bit to salads and to beans .... i love the tip to 'have fiber first!' My mum's doc recommended conscious eating, and budgeting for special occasions, when she had that menopausal weight gain!

When it comes to blueberries and other berries what about the pesticides if they aren’t organic? (Frozen too). Does that negate the goodness in them? Organic are extortionate!
