@@eloisapompa5048 Class of 77 here, also. I bought a lot of CDs in the early '90s. However, most of it was New Age instrumental, flamenco/other guitars, and Yanni. Don't laugh! I think the most recent CD purchased was Train. My 61 yr old self liked "Hey, Soul Sister". Later, I found that the song was already 10 years. Otherwise, the '70s and '80s ruled. I like some of the '60s, also. Natch, I had an 8-track player in my cars back then.

Jerry Garcia from The Greatfull Dead said, "If you didn't grow up in the 60's and 70's, you really missed the party." He meant that mostly for the "FM radio" and concert crowd but top 40 AM radio music wasn't bad (some exceptions) and you understood the lyrics. Personally I grew up with the Allman Brothers band, Led Zeppelin, lynyrd Skynyrd, BTO, etc. My son, who is an active U.S. Navy Seal (my profile pic) loves the classic rock of that time. Great music spans generations.
