Great series of videos, thanks for sharing the secrets of what makes baby blue. The front suspension and how its been developed over time and very informative. What clutch and flywheel do you use to handle so much abuse?
@donfinch8624 жыл бұрын
Nice work Frank. Those gears have a coarse cut, eh. For strength I 'spose. Hence that straight cut whine that some love and some hate.

You make it look simple. Why do so many drivers struggle to get reverse when they need it in a hurry?

Hi do you notice you box rattles in netural with the cluth out was wonder if this is normal
@FrankKellyRallying Жыл бұрын
It does a little which is totally normal for a dog engagement box but the smoother the engine idles the less it rattles.

Shouldn’t you be using some kind of assembly lube? Makes me nervous....all that dry asssembly
@aussiebloke6094 жыл бұрын
Since the gears sit inside an oil bath, they never really start off as dry. It's not like an engine where you have to wait for oil pressure to build before your bearings and top end get any lubrication.
@FrankKellyRallying4 жыл бұрын
He said lube 😂😂. Sorry Robert, all was sprayed with lubricant after washing. These take 2ltrs of oil so I just spin the main shaft 5 or 6 times after assembly and Bobs your uncle 👍
