a few things I've put together with this build in mind. If the boss is closer range, your wellcast loadout can have luna's while your dps energy is Fourth Horseman, if you're willing to spend the time to reload it (probably is better damage, but might not be by much). this is especially true on extremely short damage phase bosses, where a second mag wouldn't come up. 4th Horseman is also stupidly good at proccing cascade point too for those damage phases, if you run a cascade Bitter/Sweet for them. Your post damage/main loadout can have buried bloodline, allowing you to quickly get devour after a dps phase to sustain you and get your grenade (healing turret or a solar to feedback into a melee for sunbracers) back, even with low ammo To mitigate the weakness of double special, you can swap icebreaker on to generate special ammo for the energy slot on any non-icebreaker kill or assist. Your liturgy isn't going to burn through its reserves at all during dps, so you can use that to make dark ether bombs for some easy kills and still be fine on double special reduced bricks to supply it with ammo, esp with a scavenger. Special finisher is also always an option

@@360GameTVI’m on Xbox and the pattern I’ve noticed is the d-pad isn’t responsive to opening loadouts until your cursor goes over by your weapons on the left side of the screen. Idk if it has to actually hover over any of your weapons but to trigger it working but in my experience my loadouts will open if I scroll over any of my weapons and press the d-pad. Hope they fix this soon tho fr

I farmed about 30 witness checkpoints this week, and every single one I hit at least 4.5 mil PER PHASE. Sit in well with the right resist mode and you can just about have enough time to fully unload whisper and possibly a few shots of supremacy or another DPS special. It’s stupid good.

It’s funny how exceptions over the years have aided warlocks as direct well casters. Recall spire of the watcher era bug? Weird 94% dmg buff but only for warlocks casting their own well. Same with titans right now in vespers / cuirass (math works out too… 94% iirc?). I play all 3 classes - but damn if things aren’t obvious at this point

This season I’ve been running the same liturgy roll with cloudstrike and same bittersweet roll. I rift before SES nova and while in the nova animation loadout swap to an arc super. I keep surges x3 for stasis for liturgy. I have not been out-dps’d yet and would be curious to test this and compare

heres a minor (if at all) cook that could improve this: explosive light instead of bait on the heavy GL, and then using velocity baton with attrition orbs to be able to spawn orbs to restack explosive light during damage. granted- the orbs spawn on your allies so you have to have multiple people doing this, but explosive light is a 60% bonus instead of bait's 35%, so it might work?

Baits not a 35% anymore… it’s 30% and stacks with buffs. Explosive light is also 30% but doesn’t stack with certain buffs. you could try explosive light but I think bait is the way to go

My favorite setup if we have a group of warlocks is one Sanguine go well and other sanguines use their burst super (Needlestorm or Nova) with their dps weapon matching their subclass. The fact Sanguine says ANY rift and not just yours make it spectacular. Now we need a legendary DPS Heavy GL (other than Cry Mutiny)

@@iltwixli2379 Some items will not work if you switch the super/heavy weapon to darkness, most notably the Prismatic fragment he's talking about here. You'll also lose the damage bonus from the Ether Reaper trait on your heavy weapon, too. In my opinion, there's not much point building for the artifact mods he's abusing. It's still a really good rotation if you use Chill Inhibitor, and in some ways better. More *Evergreen* if you will.

Icefall is a million times better now than before. Having some surge mode baked into it didn’t keep it from being trash. Would rather lose the surges and have the benefits of what it has now over keeping the surges and having it stay trash. They didn’t gut it. They made it go from being one of the worst exotics in the game to one of the best.

Yeah it feels better but if you used it before having the surges and super flexibility atleast made it unique. Kinda shows bungie doesnt even understand what made it interesting they made it do almost exactly what hoarfrost does , except it grants frost armor on cast (basically 1 less step than hoarfrost). They shouldve left the super part out or include a surge theres no point in using this over lance cap or scars

@@danielwilson3225 no it’s not part of the base stasis kit at all. And it has other benefits that aren’t on base stasis. It gives you maximum stacks of frost armor everytime you use your class ability. In the base stasis kit there’s only 2 fragments that give frost armor and they’re total ass plus they only give one stack at a time. The only other way is to use the harvest aspect but that literally forces you to use that aspect and limits what builds you can make. Being able to get maximum stacks of frost armor for free automatically anytime you use your class ability, on top of freezing everything around you AND getting health regen whenever you pick up a stasis shard on top of that, (which stasis lacks since they have 0 healing effects) is amazing. Oh and you free up an aspect slot for something better. Combine all that with the fact you can now actually run, jump and glide during it, AND the fact it no longer prevents you from getting any class ability back after using it is a million times better then some shitty stasis overshield that breaks in 1-2 hits, only slowing on hit instead of freezing, having no class ability regen the entire time you’re using it, and not being able to move or jump AT ALL etc. But ohhh the stasis surge it used to have definitely makes up for allll that😂 lol NO.

It’s literally best used for end game shit where you need to stay alive. The fact you actually think that it’s only good in at level content shows how ignorant you are. Also the fact you think a stasis surge buff and some crappy overshield that prevents you from moving and basically made it even easier for you to die, plus being locked out of class ability regen the entire time etc is better then all the above mentioned benefits simply because of the surge weapon buff is dumb asf. Having a weapon surge for an exotic is lazy asf and total shit. Especially if you have to sacrifice all the crap it used to make you sacrifice for it.

Health regeneration whenever you pick up stasis shards, maximum stacks of frost armor on command whenever you want, and a huge freezing blast is no where near the same as spawning a couple of crystals in front of you.
