i think people forget that parasite at base does more damage than a rocket launcher so the burst damage from the x20 is literally like shooting 4 rockets and the same time. Edit -- So i went back and slowed the video down and parasite x20 with weaken (15%) ,x2 solar surge (17.5%) and well (25%) buffs output a whopping 420,895 + 115,634 damage for the explosion and impact damage. 536,529 damage from a weapon 388,550 unbuffed x20 129,516 per baseline shot

@thealldayspecial so rocket sidearms actually do a ton of damage, plus hitting crits isnt really a priority so they work really good against most enimies in the game including bosses. Not to mention abarent action can get envious Assassin so you can get a massive ammount of ammo in the mag. Plus obviously surge matching.

Titans, I noticed that if you press your grenade button right after your powered melee then your shield will NOT be thrown for some reason. Be aware of how fast you're spamming that melee and grenade combo because it's the difference between getting an extra thruster or not.

I got euphony a few days ago and spent a full hour going through all the videos to see what actually was the best to use, star eater needstorm or thread of evolution needlestorm along with the other threadlings generated. I believe it was sneaky beaver video that concluded that star eater is for a more front heavy DPS but loses out pretty quickly the longer the DMG phase goes on. I didn't think you would include a euphony rotation cuz of how little of the community actually has it but rly nice to see the most optimal full setup here, I CBA to ever do my own testing. I also didn't know you could just throw the threadling nade and it still hits the witness. Thanks for this.

Just wanted to add: on titan you can achieve even higher damage numbers against the witness this season with whisper and artifact mods. Give it a shot!! rotation is really easy too: SES twilight > whisper > whisper > whisper repeat until end of phase

Test this, it's my hunter rotation for witness. Still hunt super, animation cancel with golden gun. (Also use stasis shuriken for slow debuff for Goldie) Hit with golden gun, hit with still hunt Goldie. Then swap to rocket, shoot 2. Still hunt's 6th bullet is reloaded, shoot all 6, then still hunt super with transcendence animation cancel. Throw grenade / melee. Hit with still hunt Goldie. And then back to 2 rockets repeat. Easy rotation.

finally awesome to see the parasite rotation gain traction, I’ve been using it for stuff for a bit now and it’s become one of my favorite general play loadout. i def think parasite has been slept on for a while, despite its niche use case for atraks, it’s a very good weapon now. only thing i would say is for dps rotations on warlocks, I actually use still hunt + apex instead of cloudstrike, not a big fan of cloudstrike in general and prefer still hunt, with a similar rotation in past runs I’ve done I’ve consistently pulled highest damage or at least second highest, front loading damage with a nova bomb is def a good idea since it usually tracks for the witness’ head. maybe it’s just me, i think still hunt is worth mentioning even for non-hunters because it can still output good damage. at the end of the day i think it’s just a personal preference, i just don’t like how cloudstrike handles and feels to use compared to still hunt. 😂

I think autoloading BnS crowning duologue with demo vorpal the call is optimal titan DPS now, since they both get buffed as rockets, share surges and then ofc autoloading is better than reconstruction.

Maybe not the most damage, but for titan i use stareaters/eternal warrior with axes for void damage buff. I run the new season rocket with explosive light and clown cartridge and pale heart sniper with precision instrument and rewind for after rocket dump, very consistent damage which gets around 4.5 mil without any swaps

For Warlocks I think one change might be better. Start with parasite, then swap to sidearm and cast nova/melee/nade combo, one sidearm shot, back to parasite and then it is the same as in the video

Buried Bloodline. Faith Keeper (Enhanced Auto loading and Bipod). Multimach (Over-under Tremors). Unstop Sidearm. Barrier SMG. Elemental Siphon, Press the Advantage, Counter Energy, Void Hegemony, Expanding Abyss, Shield Crush. Mods for orbs (especially grenade orbs) and grenades and scavenge/reserves/damage for void weapons.

If it wasn't obvious, it's a Handheld Supernova and weaken/volatile Bloodline and rocket spam build intended for high damage and orb production/weaken for teammates. I would use an Attrition Orbs/Tremors Multimach, but after over 300 focussed engrams for one, I still haven't gotten it. Lol

Its only like a 8s-10s buff though isn’t it? and you can’t use it on your first shot cause that’s the JUICE shot. Not sure I wasting it on yourself for the 2nd shot would be worth it either, maybe it is. I guess it depends if you can get more than 1 shot off with the buff after applying it. You’d likely get 2, maybe not 3 though. Would be interesting to see if it’s worth it

Spirit of Apoth/Star Nova Storm Grenade w/ Jolt Arcane Needle Phoenix Dive w/ Hellion Slideshot Crux Termination w/ Enhanced EL or Surrounded and a Cloudstrike or Still Hunt (NO artifact mods) Puts all these builds to shame 1. Pop super 2. Spam abilities while sliding with RL 3. Once out of RL ammo, (activate Transc if available) and spam Cloudstrike 4. Get super back really fast

How do you survive with the warlock dps loadout? Since you cant exotic swap from getaways for example into star eater bc of the missing buff, you have to always stay on that build but how do you play this? Maybe im too dumb for this but putting other mods (survival stuff etc) doesnt help that much and the hellion + stasis crystal have a like 50% downtime where you have no abilties

use the new strand rocket launcher with grave robber BeS. so every mag of euphony u use ur rocket and by realoading with grenade aspect u can shoot 3 rocket. 1 normal rocket, 1 loaded with treath of ascent , and 1 loadded with powered melee. then u repeat with euphony

I have been looking into it as well and an alternative use may be using it at the beginning of the rotation while stacking up threadlings with grenades/melees/super, along with using graverobber and thread of ascent. You can get 4-5? rockets out during its bait and switch timer with apotheosis veil , and then can commit to euphony fully afterwards. There very well may be better rotations than this, but I found it to be pretty effective.

Now I have to ask since I have ran into this with several different things. How many of these deal different damage on console vs PC? We have tested some in the past cause I was doing far less damage than the guy in my clan on PC and console was doing obvious less damage and some things were by half or just over. The heavy bow was one of them even saw where a streamer posted saying the same on it.

There is no difference between console and PC damage. The heavy bow was a myth that was never true, right now it's an even playing field for everything.
