My ancestry is from Asturias, and I finally had the chance to visit it last year. It was incredible. I got to tour the area with relatives I met there, eat the food, and even go through the house my great-grandfather was born in, where the sign over the entrance said it was built in 1790. I would love to spend the rest of my life there.

Asturias (at least part of it) has celtic roots as well as Galicia so that Folk may have some connections with other communities

We are also ethnically connected, as we are partly descendants of Celts, as it is the case with many people from Canada who originally came from the British Islands
