I grew up around jazz, my dads a musician and owned a few real estate companies but he played lots of cool music, he wasn't sure about rap though or heavy metal lol, but having six kids, we all had our favorite music and some of us played musical instruments. One of my brothers was a heavy metal drummer and played at the Troubadour in L.A. a few times. I was totally into heavy metal but loved alternative rock, too. We were lucky we each had all kinds of electronics to play our music (my poor parents, lol).. but this from LL COOL J is still one of the best rap ballad love songs to this day. 😁
