+TheCrypticKnight I think LL Cool J, Eminem, and Jay Z are among the best rappers, they're not the best but they are included in the list. Dr.Dre is more of a producer than a rapper most of his stuff was ghost written for him. on "Still D.R.E" his verse was written for him by Jay Z. So i really don't think you putting in Dre on that list will be effective lol. Don't get me wrong Dre's voice is suitable for hip hop, but in terms of rapping he doesn't write his own stuff but he's a great producer.

That's how songs used to be, 3-4 verses with hooks between. Because they were in a studio with actual producers and engineers making SONGS. Today anybody can whip up a beat and record whatever and put it on KZbin by themselves. I'm not hating, music is supposed to evolve or whatever but it's definitely weird to me hearing songs that don't follow a normal kinda format.... and 3 minutes is long now, I hate these little 2 minute songs. Like King Von's "Wayne's Story"..... the song is dope, but right when it's getting good it's over. Like that shit should've been twice as long. I miss full length songs.
