@TheEminemBase Exactly, Eminem is more than a rapper, he's an artist, a poet, he puts his feeling into his music, it's kinda like therapy for him, he knows what he's doing, he already got the respect, the money, the fame, it's pointless for him to give up and put out music for the world, someone as real as him puts music out for themselves.I don't know if you heard about the rolex story, but once Eminem called his manager to ask if he could afford a rolex. I mean, only someone who's real do that

@mcv95 Great point. Using Rhianna on that song was DEFINITELY more of an artistic choice. I mean, people say sell-out, she's on HIS fucking album - He would have to pay her lmao. So that's point one but the point you raise is far more interesting. He purposely used Rhianna as it's a pardox given the situation, his reputation / history too. Much like when he performed with Elton John at the Grammy's in response to GLADD protesters.

@luv2dance1212 - No it's just generically aimed. Lmao people are so used to him talking about his real life they think he always has to be whenever mentioning any human being hypothetically.

To all people saying you are fans---you full of b.s. "oh he is a sellout" blah blah...fans except that people, artists, grow and mature. He is never going to be the same old Slim Shady from 2000 or whatever because it was a DECADE ago. Yes, that was a classic era but now it different. You are people who just cant be satisfied by whatever he does. Period. If he doing the same type of music since he exploded into the scence ya'll wouldve been complaining "Oh he needs to change it the same of stuff

@CheckMateyGB thats stupid, he didnt change his voice on recovery at all, thats his REAL voice, like it or not, that is how he sounds now. Recovery was a CLASSIC. lyrics amazing, flow, rhyme schemes, emotion, passion, great songs, idk what you talkin about. Relapse was okay, not great, not wack.

@CheckMateyGB it does in the studio? everyone sounds different with that shit, no one soudns exactly the same. i went to his california concert, he was NOT lip syncing and anyone who was there would tell you that he isnt, the he raps along to backround vocals, sometimes the vocals are too high but he is pratically screaming into the mic. on Recovery, his voice sounds as real as ever and word play is out of this world, you probably just dont understand the depth of it.

@Mysterioe Thats only 4 songs. One of which isn't even about a relationship between two people. Personally, i like the new Eminem alot. Yes Slim Shady is fun to listen to occasionally but i think it's time for Slim to grow up. Talking about killing people on a song may be entertaining but at the end of the day, it means nothing. I think that's why Eminem is rapping like this. He has matured and kind of morphed his three personas together.

@CrazySheyDZNuts No, he made fun of CERTAIN pop-stars. You can't lump everybody in together. Rhianna is pop-star but she isn't the same as fucking Nsync or the Backstreet boys. If he was making songs with a product then you'd have a point. Just because you dislike Rhianna doesn't me he does, she's pop but she's not like them just because she's pop. He isn't a sell-out as he's still INTEGRAL. He makes music how he wants to make it and isn't a sell-out just because you dislike the collabs. END.

@CrazySheyDZNuts I wanna get into this argument, even though it's really none of my business. Eminem is not a sell-out. If you are saying that just because he worked with Rihanna and Pink, you have to think a little. What is "Love the Way You Lie" about? Abusive relationships, and who was just in one ? Rihanna, with Chris Brown. Pink is pop, but she is got the same rage Eminem has, she's a rebel, and that song called for it.

@CheckMateyGB If he just wanted money there are much easier ways he can make it than saying he will fuck the universe with his cock on his 1st single. People just see how big he gets and think they can say he's a sell-out because he's more famous or because he makes hits. They're not mutually exclusive, you can be popular AND integral. Eminem just happens to be popular, he's an absolute artist and he doesn't compromise himself FOR popularity.
@TheEminemBase14 жыл бұрын
@CrazySheyDZNuts Did you ever take into account the fact he had a popstar on The Marshall Mathers LP also? I guess he was a sell-out for using Dido's chorus for "Stan" too... Lmfao, at least think about what you're saying first. It's so moronic.
@TheEminemBase14 жыл бұрын
@mcv95 Yeah - Anyone who knows anything about him knows he doesn't give a shit about money. Why the fuck would he purposely fuck up his own legacy this far into the game when he's already a millionaire a hundred (and more) times over lmao. It's a truly ridiculous suggestion. Especially about somebody SO integral, I mean Eminem STANDS for freedom of speech in our generation. He pushed it as far as it would go, government tryna ban his music! him calling out congress? NEVER A SELL OUT.
@TheEminemBase14 жыл бұрын
@CrazySheyDZNuts Claiming somebody would put so much effort into selling out as well lmao, hilarious. He's endlessly rich, and the choices he's made quite clearly show he doesn't give a shit about money, what a moronic claim. To dislike his new direction(s) is one thing but to claim he's a sell-out because you dislike it is absurd. Think of all the shit he could of done, he's turned down movie roles for years (millions), adverts, endorsements. Use you fucking head.
@TheEminemBase14 жыл бұрын
@CrazySheyDZNuts A couple? No basically every song was good. He was the same integral artist on every fucking song you idiot. How do I explain that? Hmm, maybe because he... LIKES THEM. AGain, you're assuming YOUR dislike = his dislike. Did you ever consider the fact he actually LIKES Lil Wayne, as awful as that seems. YOU Have the wrong understanding. Sell-out = compromising your artistic integrity, which he has not and never has done.
@TheEminemBase14 жыл бұрын
@CrazySheyDZNuts No you missed the point completely you invalid. It's not that one line, it's the fact he's still absolutely single-minded and uncensored. You CANNOT claim an artist who is still so brash and individualist is a sell-out, you have a misunderstanding of that term, because you're a fucking moron. No doubt he knew Rhianna would broaden the album's reach but he didn't sacrifice the CONTENT, which is what matters. Almost Famous? Sell-Out? Get a fucking brain, fool.
