The best part is lyoid was cannocly a weakling who gets bullied he's a nobody who gets protected by ninten lyoids own dad tells ninten raise his son for ninten is that fucking powerful he could destroy the entire by himself at lv 99 but lyoid is in the way this is why most people grind ninten ana but not lyoid he's taking exp away at that point and the funnyiest part is lv 99 you practically win without effort you against gigas you could probably beate the bot before eve though it's scripted so even though in 3 turns you will deal 1500 and kill the robot turn two with one strike eve or not which is hilarious you go fight said robot and kill it dealing one thousand and life up ultimate power shield and a bunch of other things as well

In smash 64 why sakarai went with ness is it was based off the free assetes of a scraped ninten for bats only having his bat and nothing else besides beata version of power shield that was supposed to reflect explosions projectiles and physical attacks it was supposed to reflect all damage and a scraped ana for this ana had pk thunder would have been used for pk beam fire pk freze pk pk thunder and flash could have been because lyoid takes damage earthbound party don't is also technically could have at a point characters who were unfinished as ninten could have been released first as sakarai did confirm that he was actually gonna make ninten and ana as characters but do to time constraints he went with ness with pre beata assets for ninten ana lyiod being pk thunder fire and flash this would explain down b could be beata version power shield renamed pcy magnet that absorbes explosion attacks projecles but not doing its original job reflecticking any move that does damage no matter how little physical damage pk thunder hitting himself is lyoid probably super bombs would do said damage as that would make sense as none of the mother series characters take damage when using an ability or attack as a shop mechanic to buy wepons and stuff like super bombs and stuff
