I just recalibrated my speedometer on my 2020 Ram Powerwagon. Watching your video made it so much easier. I used the 12 volt port up on the dash. Worked perfectly. Thanks.

Just a heads up that top cigarette lighter can be constant power by shifting the fuse. The fuse has an A and a B slot. One for constant power and one for ignition power

A benefit of the mm3 tuner is I was able to fix the speedo for the tire size right from the tuner.

Thank you for this! I was struggling to figure out why my calibrator was stuck on “Starting…”. I have a 1500 Laramie and while the front USB ports didn’t provide enough power, the number four in the back did. Huge thanks!

How does it do that, do you set to navigate and drive with new tires so it does it or no need to do anything, asking because just bought a 2022 being delivered this week and ordered new wheels and tires. Thank you for your information.

@@1pipepro if you have the nav system factory installed on the truck, The speedo will self calibrate from the GPS in the nav system shortly after you throw on the new tires. If you do not have Navigation on the uconnect system, it will not.

Eddie, I’m experiencing an issue with the Uconnect system, where it won’t work via the app on the phone! It does not communicate with my truck whatsoever, although using the key fob to start it does. I’ve taken it to the dealer, but they have no idea what’s going on with it, be it that it’s so new a system, and they’ve forwarded the case to Star, but yet to receive an answer. Contacted Sirius Guardian, and they redirected me to the dealer. Any idea on what to do, with this $100k truck, and that issue?

Did you have to remove fuses to get that calibrator to work? I had to for when I bought that device for a 14 RAM, it was very wonky so I ended up returning it. AEV is working on a pro cal for the 19 ram. A dealer told me it would be out in 2/3 months. I called AEV directly, said they were working on it, but no firm date on release.

yo quick question i have 2019 ram 3500 with optimal tuning as well love it. I got the hypertech programer you have now... i switched out my wheels/tires and went to redo my speedo and its giving me an error 90 code. I called hypertech they say it means the file is (efi live flash) makes their product not work. what was your work around ?

I used the one from AEV for 37x13.50 on my 2018 Power Wagon worked great with no issues u can also turn your fog lights on all the time and change the signal lights to the one touch 3 blinks like on my duramax can also change your TPMS but you still have to take it to a dealer and get something done on there computer so I didn’t change the TPMS I can live with the light

My speedometer had stopped at 621,369 miles, any idea how to get them to start working again? Cummins forums I have a lot of complaints about the odometer stopping there, apparently that’s 1,000,000 km and in Chrysler genius they can’t figure out how to roll the odometer.

I think it only supports up to 2018. And the 18 requires a cable

This is the unit we recommended, but at the time of install it wasn't a proven available tool. Remember these trucks are new so all of these tools are just becoming available and things are changing every week!

All the speedometer can't be shipped to California. I ordered mine from rough country and they shipped it to California. 4 wheel posts sells them in the store so I don't know why their websites say that.

There is a USB charge only port under the lid of the centre console at the rear of the compartment. It may have higher amperage being charge only.
