Staff superb. Good few head rests broken. Rough ride. Food great. Edinburgh lounge fantastic. Seats ok but not brilliant but better than standard. Avanti get toast with breakfast and missed it on LNER. Over all they got it right.

​@@D.music85But I would rather have a fabric than a leather seat any day of the week and I would much rather an azuma 9 coach 800 too a broken down hst or although the class 92s are my favourite tje Azumas are much better than the HSTS english people are too stupid too understand Technology.
