A misleading representation of the LNER service! Travelled with LNER today from London Kings Cross to Darlington on the alternative train we were advised to get on when our train was cancelled at the last minute. Spent the journey standing or trying to sit in the aisle - couldn’t move backwards or forward because all aisles were full of passengers doing the same. The premise of ‘freedom’ a joke - couldn’t move. Sat on the floor in the aisle next to a family on the floor travelling to Scotland - passengers should be aware that the promotion of ‘freedom’ on LNER trains by a puppet ain’t the reality at all - misleading - sort it out or at least have a ‘share the seats’ policy on long journeys where some passengers are unfairly disadvantaged?

This absolutely has to be a piss take. Currently sat on the LNER from Edinburgh to London. WiFi is useless and for some reason on thier trains your phone can't get signal, taken me 10 attempts to post this comment. Lumo is fine. Unless you want to be stuck is a metal cage of your own emotion for 4.5 hours take another service. We can put a man on the moon, have WiFi on planes and these guys are still stuck in the dark ages.
