I made this last weekend and wanted to vouch for how good it is. I have never used Greek Yogurt for a dressing before and was a little nervous. It is a new favorite of mine!! It really didn't taste of honey either, just a nice sweetness. Thank you for this simple but crave-able dish, Sara! I LOVE your channel.

Oh yeah! One of my favorites!!!! I could live off broccoli salad. I cook up a pack of bacon (or use real bacon bits), crumble into my florets with cubed cheddar & sunflower seeds. I use any kind of dressing from sweet onion & citrus (the one in the Dole Sunflower Salad which is amazing), Italian or ranch. I’ve added chopped apple, dried cranberries, cauliflower. It’s a meal in itself and very filling. I hope ya’ll are being safe Miss Sara. Hugs from PA.

This is one of the best applications of Greek yogurt. It’s creamy, tangy, and so much better nutritionally than straight mayo. A little sour cream gets you something similar. Looks good to me!!

I have only made this with broccoli florettes and use golden raisins and sunflowers seeds, but whaever your tastes are, this is a great salad and I always cut things small and people just love it. As Sara says, it's even BETTER the next day or two!! YUM!!!

Looks like a great salad that would keep a few days so you could make a batch and have it for a couple meals. Maybe it will be grilling season for you guys in the southern U.S. but up here in Eastern Ontario, we can have snow flurries in early May, with the residual snow melting off. Although, tough folks clean off their BBQ's of snow and grill anytime I suppose. Mine is completely covered until the next warm spell.

Not sure if the bowl you are using is Tupperware, but it sure reminds me of the large tupperware bowl my mom would use to put her delicious potato salad & tasty Ambrosia salad together at holiday time back when I was a child!
