I can tell you have culinary training just how you hold your fingers while cutting your vegetables and from your cooking lingo from the video but I could be wrong cause I cut the same with no culinary training at all. I made this today and believe me it was delicious. I didn't know you used actual parmesan cheese. I used the powder parmesan cheese. I prep before cooking anything. I used Kerrygold garlic butter and I didn't measure anything but the heavy cream because I never cooked with it before. Anyway my meal was delicious and I had steak with it as well.
