I love the fixations on minute detail so many of y'all's RPG characters have. It's always good for the initial laugh, but it also feels very painfully real and familiar in ways that really bring the characters to life. Especially the academics. Waaay too many fictional academics don't have the hyperfixation on "but they did it WRONG" that everyone I've ever met that enjoys learning and/or academia has developed about SOMETHING.

The part about the two electrocutions in a row had me in tears. In a good way. It reminded me of a time where I went to try and pick up a freshly microwaved mug of milk, but then I pulled my hand back shortly after touching it because it was too hot. And then a friend approached the open microwave and did the exact same thing.

English isn't my native language, so I had to look it up. The character looks like a communist with his hammer and sickle, so the joke is that the leftie is against ragged right text.

And then he talked about being fully justified. OMG! I only learned about what justified text meant from another LRR highlight. Alex and Graham were playing something on Watch + Play and a villager had a text box that was right justified and Alex was complaining about how he couldn’t read it.
