Taiko no Tatsujin is published by Bandai Namco and I believe that company does a lot of stuff in regards to Kamen Rider such as publishing their video games and probably something to do with the rights for the toys and such. A lot of the Taiko games seem to always have some sort of Kamen Rider music in it and anime that likely Bandai has some sort of hand in as a property to begin with, so my guess would be its just easy for them to have access to.
