Right. It's up to 12 now. I bet it's those people who think when you pull a fish out of water they die. Yes! People really think that. A lady cussed me up one side and down the other one night I was catching cats. She said she seen me killing fish and throwing them back according to the cop that showed up! He just laughed and said he was going to turn her in for false reports. Ain't seen her since.

@@jonboatmorava9115 it's crazy what people believe it do to try to stop someone from enjoying themselves. Richard, as a teenager I lived and creek fished in Jacksonville, Arkansas. I remember catching a fish, slim built like a small mouth bass. This fish fought like twice his size--very fun. I did not recognize the fish because he had visible teeth--fewer than a gar, but about like that. A friend told me it was a "Grindal"(sp) . As a Southern fishing Guru can you enlighten me. Never been able to google Grindal with any satisfaction. Oh, almost forgot. This fiend also said (those 49 years ago) they taste like cotton seeds when fried. Great videos.

Great job on those Mossy Jaws! Some folks that are not from this area may not realize the amount of rain we have had over the last month or so,( 12 flood gates open today on the coosa river) Combine that with the temperature swings makes catching fish like that very rare!
