I still think it’s the coolest thing to see someone who was basically pro level at moto become a master of MTB too. This Loam Pass thing is genius!! All across the country too 😎

Thank you! I had so much fun at Hot Laps this year, I might do that again next year. It’s more expensive for me to go to Bentonville :/

Spring and early summer is the best time to ride Shasta, it turns into moon dust later in the summer but still fun. You used to be able to shuttle up above 7000’ and ride back to town at 3000’ but not sure if those trails are still open, it’s been 5 years since I rode there. And the upper portion is under snow until late summer. Looks like they have done a lot of work to the trails in the past few years

This looks like really cool trail. Thank you for this content. I am wanting to buy a emtb. Looking at a trek 9.7 rail to add. Shasta not to far from me. I am Kinda new to mtb. I have a Santa Cruz Hightower and love it. Went down downiville couple of times, but want to do more.

@AprilRideMTB7 ай бұрын
Thank you! Kyle has a really long relationship with them and won all of his championships with them. I’ve always trusted Kyle and ran what he did. I also love the people that work there! There’s never been a reason to run different suspension for me since I’ve never had any issues.

The loam pass is an interesting concept. But I don't think it makes sense for my use case. It would be super cool if it was the same price but offered 4-8 days at each bike park. Then I think I could justify it.
@AprilRideMTB7 ай бұрын
Yeah it obviously can’t make sense for everyone, but for those who want to travel more it’s perfect! Most places do offer discounts after the 2 days.
