They will also put on their loan app that the loan term is 1month or 3months but after giving you money, you then see 7 days.

I borrowed a loan from Apex lending and I couldnt pay on the due date ,I tried to apply for extension but the fees for the is almost half of the loan I borrowed.extension for just a week is 29,500.

They've been treating to defame me and arrest me. I can't negotiate with them, so i decided to ignore them till I'm ready to pay. My only worry is i don't know if I can be arrested, because I'm not the one at fault, they invaded my privacy and harrassed my contacts and still wants me to pay.
