Thank you! I should have paid cash for my (used car ) but took my parents advice and financed it to build credit. Now I'm confused and trying to avoid as much interest as possible. This was helpful but I still have questions. I subscribed

So for a person trying to build some credit how would I go about this? Do shorter term loans come with less interest?
@ObviouslyDan3 жыл бұрын
Less interest in a sense that you’re paying for a shorter amount of time.

That's clever yo, APRs can screw people big time if we just looked at interest rates alone

Consolidating. You can probably get a lower interest rate on the second loan.

Talk about the banks and how fractural reserves work.meaning the banks lend money they dont have .they obligate the borrower to pay back a loan that the banks never had the money for in the frist place.that's fraud..

For those of y’all worried about the interest you pay on your car loan… look at it like this… Banks pay for your car immediately when you finance it & you pay them back in increments… if you gave me $20,000 & allowed me 5 years to pay it back in increments how much would you want back in interest over such a long time ? You’d want atleast 20-30% on top of what I owe right ? So in reality you/the bank would only be making back $1,000 a year or $83 in interest a month… it’s Pennie’s considering the fact that they just bought you a car & barely know you… Don’t be petty! Pay them the little interest!

It's very challenging to save money and use what you have saved.. But it works best. Never take loans they make your financial situations double trouble 😱😏 they take from you all you've got in the end.
