Hi my son was in a car accident and had severe head injuries. He is now consiousness but not fully. He can hear us, he shows emotions. He reacts to pain and sounds. He can't speak and move. His eyes are open but he focus. His eye pupils are big.

Excellent presentation... thx so much! I work with a lotta folks with substance abuse issues, and I forget the role of dopamine particularly in judgement & higher functions in general. And of course one of the primary impacts of long-term addiction is a serious dopamine 'imbalance'!

I had a stroke and it took 3 years to figure it out. A MRI of my brain showed it and it was in the frontal lobe . I started falling down and was light headed. A doctor told me that it was possible that it happened when i hade a Taver heart valve replacement. Im doing PT training now hoping it will help. My walking gate is affected. I must be careful to not fall! Ken
