I know, I was just teasing. That being said, what I believe he's intending to do isn't possible, and the quote I shared illustrates this. You can't look at any entity without your past experiences corrupting (or better: influencing) your perception of it. His desire to view every game in its own little bubble is noble, but it is unneeded. It's what makes a game unique that makes it special, and criticism of a game is much less complex and potentially more enriching when aided by direct comparisons.

Wheelchair Souls Also the next 'Souls game needs a musical bin. Also the limb cutting is something 'Souls needs, the first Souls like game was Severance, I loved it when the enemies come at you swinging like crazy and both your arms and torso got cut in half, no need for the "you died" screen it was fairly obvious :). Something they could have done in bloodborne with the limited armour, obviously heavy armour it would not make sense.

In the first area, sure it gets pretty repetitive. At the start of the second, its also a bit repetitive too, But later on in the second area some interesting things happen and some REALLY interesting stuff happens in the third, But I guess if you can't cope with it its fine, I am personally loving it so far.

PS: You *CAN* get rhino set in the first area... The guy with the hammer in the dark area, below the map uses the rhino set and the guy with the "dual blades" too... Pick what you want, to equip rhino full set + upgrades you will need +30 energy, with lynx you need ~20... You will run faster, you stamina will drain slowly and so on... The 2 classes are good, but a matter of choice.

I personally prefer Lynx, You DO NOT want slow in this, you really do not, especially when you are stepping into the second area unless you can make good use of blocking but you will ultimately require a faster armor set than rhino for the bossfight. You can farm the (scarab set I think it was called?) off of the guys before the bossfight, although not really much farming you just need the bps and you're out, unless you don't have the mats then you were not chopping off enough limbs (and shame on you, chopping off limbs is this game's selling point). The third just absolutely does not allow slow. Each set also has its own set bonus, which was honestly somewhat hidden at first until at one point I looked at the specs screen which nobody looks at with a full set and apparently there is a set bonus for each armor.
