I should post a video where the lobster is not deep fried first. The lobster goes in raw into the wok. In the old days that's how they cooked the lobster but modern Chinese restaurants deep fry the lobster pieces first.

How long do you cook lobster?

The lobster is already cooked after you deep the lobster pieces. Under 5 minutes to coat the lobster with the sauce. If you do not deep fry the lobster pieces, cooking the lobster takes longer. I would say at least 15 to 20 minutes or longer. Thanks for checking out my video,
