Great one Harry - Went on my first lobster hunt this morning with the jet ski off Cronulla...only saw one spanner crab grabbed hold of it...and it got away - damn it. Once the weather calms down I'll be back out there for another go !

"Crayfish" is a term reserved exclusively for freshwater lobsters here in Canada. I've got only a snorkel mask and net to catch them with, and a lung capacity for 2 minutes 45 seconds stationary at 1 meter depth. Impressive to my peers, but I come up for air too much to chase the speedy buggers. Never swam in the salty blue though, so my catch hasn't exceeded half a kilo
