I hit 5 years in February but cut them off two months ago. I just had to let them go. Postpartum thinning really ruined them. I have my appointment for my new locs in a few days. I was very sad at first but when I look back on when my hair was shorter and how much fun I had with my hair, I’m super excited about my second set

@@keralove826coming from someone who is now 1.5 years loc’d it does get better with time, I haven’t seen my hair drop drastically but it has definitely grown

Im 2 years in and been watching so many videos on combing them out. Im glad you posted this cause im scared of combing them and my hair gets thin.

It depends on hair type. Some people with thick hair do really well! Others, not so much.
