I was a whole mess in my 20s. I went to therapy, currently in therapy, to understand why I allowed certain things or why I myself was a toxic person. Therapy is transformative! But you have to find the right therapist for you.

It’s important to take accountability for parts you play in any relationship/friendship and I applaud you for not just blaming the other person for the situation that you are having at the moment. Most don’t want to acknowledge the role they play in any relationship when things fall apart and in doing that you risk carrying that into your next relationship. That’s not fair to that person. ( I was guilty of that a long time ago) You have to have that come to Jesus meeting with yourself so you can work on becoming better or grow as a person.

Do you feel like it gets easier to do twist and braids on thicker locs when they are longer? Lmaoo I tried a braid out and I couldn’t really braid all the way to the end!!

Yeah it does! I think it’s because you have more room for the “loops” if that makes any kind of sense 😅
