The both of you are establishing yet another location and event that bring people together with similar interest. When it comes to collectables it is all about the relationships. OK, the hot dog people may have no had made too much money, but that is why you paid their fee to come out there and if people enjoyed their food (looked very good to me), than they will tell others and than perhaps other sellers (like the tent sales) may hire them. I would suggest if you have not already done so, of if "they" have not been doing so yet, is to have the vendors tell their customers about the new "Community Con" as well. Like I said, just some ideas.

First, thank you for inspiring me to start collecting comics. Just a suggestion, instead of doing a large community sale like this just do your sale, but with one other seller. Just like you did with Pedro. You can make it a on going series. This way you can really highlight that individual and the goods that they sell.

Just an idea, but having a tarped entrance so people can load and unload out of the rain would be awesome. lol Too bad your garage is not connected from the inside of the house. It really is not a big deal, but I figure why not throw out some ideas.
