Thanks for showing us the different panaderias! When i was a student I went to a few, at first I thought it strange that I had to grab tongs and a tray to pick my bread and sweets. The rolls were ok ,I thought the Conchas and some other treats bland. I do wish I had explored more of Mexico city instead of after school hanging out with my new American friends.

I used to live in La Roma! Hey bud, I've cought a few of your Mexico- centric videos. You do very good work APLAUSOS. I have to fill you in. MICHELADA is the salt and lime been. The tradicional michelada is salted rimmed glas with plenty of lime juice inside. What you are used to is the CUBANA which is the michelada base pluse salsa maggi, salsa inglesa ( werhershtershier) clamato or V8, hotsauce. You have been overly influence by the mexicans of the north/and or the mexicans in gringolandia. Many things have evolved of cours. Ive never had the sweets filled beer or chilaquies torta for example.. hahajajaj too new and adventurous for me. I suggest the next time you trip down to CDMX you contacy a guid that can provide more cultural connections. You can never have too much help in that department. And AND... PAN DUEL- SEH pan dulce is a huge tradicion in mexico as you know now especially around dia de los muertos. Keep up the good work. Take care bro.
