If victims of sexual assault are granted compensation, does this not raise concerns about the potential for a rise in frivolous or false allegations of rape? This issue prompts a critical examination of how to balance the imperative of providing restitution for genuine victims with the necessity of protecting individuals from malicious prosecution. What legal frameworks can be established to ensure victim advocacy while simultaneously deterring the misuse of the judicial process?

Clearly you don’t know anything about the UAE and Singapore besides what they show you on the mainstream media… Sometimes it just has to do with the economy of a country, unfortunately there are not many examples to give because over 90% of countries in the world have abolished the death penalty. Leave South Africa out of it because maybe it’s the big income gap/inequality that has a bearing. Can you talk about Europe, Scandinavian countries that have no capital punishment, crime wise they are way way better than Botswana, so the correlation you try to point out is very flawed
