I love hidden restaurants and this one looks _really_ hidden! I also love how creative the dishes are; such a perfect balance between traditional Japanese dishes and creative fares. Will give them a visit when I'm in SG next time!

Due to the fact that they are maguro wholesaler, the restaurant is not their main source of income. That's why they can remain hidden and secretive. Probably only cater to the regular maguro lover customer and then those intermittent curious eaters. The way ghib san give hints to locate the place, it is like going to those sleazy pub places that are hidden out of sight and location can only be introduced by close friends that share similar interests. Haha.😄

Sushi is super delicious i have a try many many time eat at restaurant famous Sushi place there are many kinds of sushi in Malaysia like Salmon, Shrimp, Sashimi And More so it's all cost money expensive To buy it.I hope Malaysians people Wanna try No.1 Japanese food it's call sushi eating Not cook but eating using raw eating enjoy to eat.🇲🇾🍣🇯🇵

@@johnwig285 I mean the only expensive items in the video are the otoro and waygu which never mentioned the grade and the origin. If the wagyu is from fukushima as some of the restaurants are selling in Singapore, it is basically worth very little in Japan. One thing I like Miuramisaki Kou is their sashimi are always top of the line, but definitely not a omakase place yet.
