I have psychotic pain in my wife said it's called sciatic nerve pain I said well when it Acts up it makes me psychotic never been in this much pain in my life but I'm getting ready to do a video of what really helped me I went to the ER they gave me more food a lot of and a muscle relaxer shot and nothing helped when they gave me the muscle relaxer shot it locked my back up and I fell on the bed I was in the floor crying usually it's never this bad but lately it's been really bad but I'm going to be doing a video and putting it on my KZbin channel hopefully I'll do it in the next week or so when I start feeling a little bit better I feel a little bit better right now but not as much as I want to

I play soccer and suffered a hard knock like feeling in my calf muscle while running that forced me to stop playing for a while , It’s been about 3 months since that happened I’ve gone back to play a couple times but cannot last more than 20 minutes without feeling a pain around my Achilles’ tendon that hurts when I stretch my leg out to walk with a nasty pinch like feeling concentrated a bit above my Botox almost on the waist line that cause lower body weakness when I turn or try to do any physical activities I stop playing a return when I don’t feel the pain but leave with the same pain always might this be sciatic pain?

It depends on the cause. If you have piriformis syndrome, then most likely no and it should be treatable, because the piriformis muscle is simply pressing on the nerve, which can happen from many causes (sometimes known as "pseudosciatica" because it mimics the symptoms of a disc issue). If you have a disc herniation, then probably you will always have it to some degree, but it may diminish over time depending on many factors, some of which can be controlled to some extent. Can you describe how the pain started (like gradual onset, injury, had you had smaller instances of this pain over years), exactly where the pain starts and ends (starts in the lower back vs starts in the butt/leg), and if anything makes it worse or better? Any symptoms besides pain like numbness, tingling, weakness, cramping, etc? I am a massage therapist and also have personal experience as I have a posterolateral disc herniation at L5-S1
