What a great episode. Love the whole liberation aspect. I always snicker a bit when I listen. Funny how people are upset when you say no but you don't see them volunteering or taking on extra work. We have been taken advantage for so long it's about time we put ourselves first.

Money, is a concern. What are you doing to save for retirement?

I don't know for sure what Anissia is doing but I expect as a business owner she's doing a solo 401k or maybe an IRA.

Money is a concern, only when you are not fully utilizing your God given talents.

I have a pension plan that will not be touched and another 403b that I plan to roll over to an IRA. I’ll invest in other ways as well. I also view my house as a key factor in my retirement because I will use it as an asset.

My partner and I are looking at Aotearoa New Zealand (ANZ) and really appreciate you and the community you bring so we can chat. We hear from folks about high cost of living, ease of living, different mindset that is more collective, health care and education quality. I would love to talk with folks who've moved to ANZ

12 days of vacay a year and didn’t take it!?? She was mad, that much work will make u crazy. I had 4wks by the time I change careers and I burnt through them a decade in advance 😆

Hi. I did have a little automatic paid time off (when district office was closed) and I took a few sick days as needed BUT, you’re not far off. My nervous system was disregulated and I was living life on autopilot. I like many women in K-12 education was incredibly unwell.
