Lockdown Dog Workout at Home | Annie B

During lockdown we need to get creative with our workouts! I've redone my old dog workout to make you a new one! It's just a bit of fun. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and when training outside check for uneven surfaces or any obstacles you could trip over. Just have fun!
The idea is as follows - Each move for 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between then do it 3 times over.
This is more likely to workout your tummy muscles from laughing so much, or trying to retrieve toys from the dog! But a quite intense workout.
1. Jog ONS and add in fast feet
2. Side shuffles - bend to touch the floor and alternate hand the toy is in
3. Ice skaters - one or two dog toys and switch hands
4. Dog squats - if dog is too big just do ball throw then squat on the spot with a weight
5. Dog Lunges - if dog is too big just do ball throw then lunge on the spot with a weight
6. Plyometric lunges
7.Ball throw and jumping jacks - back lunge before you throw the ball for a bit extra
Have a break and start again!
10 minute cool down on round 3
