Struggled with a sore thoracic on road bike for ages… spent two weeks doing this activation exercise twice a day without weight and oh my what a difference to the stability on the bike, and no pain! 🎉 thanks so much, love the comment on “don’t over think it”, found it great to squash the doubts.

This sequence would be very good for someone with upper trap dominance right? What if my upper trap is more dominant on one side is doing single arm variations an option? Thanks for the video

0:32 - damn, that's how much you should do this? What if my day routine is the back and i'm working trapezius, should i do this big 3 before regarthless?

I had shoulder pain for over 3 years i would rather die than quiet benching hopefully this helps

Should this be done every day when rehabbing a shoulder injury?

This massively fixed my shoulders If it doesn’t hurt start slow, no weight and don’t push into any pain. Add very gradually if it takes months so be it just take your time and go slow

I have had shoulder pain on and off for years and I'm hoping this helps. Is it more a prep before working out or is the goal to strengthen the rotators and eliminate pain?

Not necessarily, but it all depends on how you're feeling and ensuring that your technique doesn't fault.

I study for 2 years my tendonitis, 15 "experts" like Dr kirch, kolar, athleanx, smashwerx, evan osar and nothing helps but big LOCK 3 looks it will work and lat LOCK exercise
