Struggled with a sore thoracic on road bike for ages… spent two weeks doing this activation exercise twice a day without weight and oh my what a difference to the stability on the bike, and no pain! 🎉 thanks so much, love the comment on “don’t over think it”, found it great to squash the doubts.

This massively fixed my shoulders If it doesn’t hurt start slow, no weight and don’t push into any pain. Add very gradually if it takes months so be it just take your time and go slow

I have had shoulder pain on and off for years and I'm hoping this helps. Is it more a prep before working out or is the goal to strengthen the rotators and eliminate pain?

I study for 2 years my tendonitis, 15 "experts" like Dr kirch, kolar, athleanx, smashwerx, evan osar and nothing helps but big LOCK 3 looks it will work and lat LOCK exercise
