Hi Lockdown, I just wanted to say thanks for the commitment you gave to this game over the years. I didn't play for the past year and a half but I'd been around since the 5* days and although I didn't have a KZbin account for most of the time I played the game, I always tuned in to your videos or livestreams while I played. I felt very bittersweet emotions when I seen the game was going into sunset mode so I can only imagine how it felt for someone like yourself. You were a major part of this game, and I wish you all the best in whatever you decide to do next. As always, keep on surviving 🤝

Irony... I haven't thought of this game in years. I used to be a die hard that spent entire weekends "warring". Thought about it today and googled to find this. Sad... honestly I think of how much money people threw at this game, hell one guy I played with lost his wife and kid after spending literally thousands (no joke). Now, after all that time, all that money.... shut down. Really makes you think twice about dropping money on games like this.

Truth I will miss this game when I told family that rts is over they were waiting for a lot of things but RTS that wasn't on they bingo card. I'm sad that RTS is over but here is to new beginnings.

I can't even remember how long I've played but I think I got s-class James, not long after starting. I nearly quit when s-classes became insanely OP and I just couldn't keep up as a mostly ftp player. I joined a fairly dead fac in a dead region, and when mythics came along, I started playing more again. However over the years, the same story happened as s-classes, characters getting more and more OP, spend more and more money or fall behind. I'm glad I never spent much money on this game, however I did spend a lot of time in the game, and focused on building good attack teams, and so I was able to compete in war to a decent level. I created a mini account and never planned to do much with it apart from filling for war, but ended up hooked on progression so spent a lot of time on that account too. I'm kind of glad it has finished now, as I have so much free time now to do other things..

I’m extremely late. I had quit for like the 3rd or fourth time awhile back. Thought about re-installing today and did a search. Welp, it was one of my favorites of all time…but they just put almost no effort in anything but new toons for years. The best part was my faction friends. If I had known the game was ending, I would have re-installed and said goodbye for the last time. You were the man when it came to RTS content. I tried WOR but didn’t enjoy it much. Raid: Shadow Legends is a high quality turn-based game that has taken RTS place for me. Glad your health is improving. Take care.

Played till the end. Almost 9 years. I was a f2p player and played in 4 different regions with several different factions and i made some good friends. I still had so many different tokens, level up crates just a lot of resources i didnt use up. I also had a lot of characters i would have liked to finish leveling up and been able to use a time or two. Oh well was fun while it lasted. Thanks lockdown for your videos and keeping us up to date on games..rip rts

Had a pretty good time with the game, really like the comic-verse of TWD so the characters they released were always cool as hell and some of these RTS OC's were great as well. That Eva Ghost was clutch for me since her release, though I'm damn upset that once I started playing again in August 2023 that up until the end there was never a new Andrea character for me to pull for! Like man, she was my favorite comic character I was waiting to be able to pull for one of her! And your content has been a1 for this game over the six years I've been popping in & out to view.

The refund abuse by top players and refund abusing for weapons etc. is why the game went down. The fact someone could spend $1,000 and not have to pay for it via refunding is why the game had to go.

Unfortunately due to the refund abuse and players cheating to get max weapons and characters it’s good the game shut down. The amount of people who refund abused for characters and weapons caused many players to quit and scopely watched it happen.

Hey guys I'll tell you play other The Walking Dead games like No Mans Land it's an ok game. You can play other games like just solo you won't have any dramas. Do not play The Walking Dead Survivors. The developers in The Walking Dead Survivors game they are corrupted they can ban you for something that you never did without proof or if you speak to CS (Customer Service) the truth they won't care about your feedbacks or suggestions. In that game too many whale players their behaviour has gone toxic same goes for moderators. That game they're skipping seasons because they're running out of time forcing people to spend more money. That game is also starting to die out don't play that game. They keep opening new servers it's the same people that quit or start in a new server again and on repeat. My advice avoid that game.
