This copyrighted marching band arrangement requires a custom arrangement license in addition to the purchase of the music. These licenses (which are not charged by me) are imposed by the music's rights holders, and can vary in price depending on the publisher, the composer/performer, the size of the ensemble, and/or the nature of the organization requesting the arrangement.
