LOCKED UP in Shrewsbury - Winter Camping Adventure

We are back! Finally, after 4 months we are away again in the campervan and Mollie is with us too. It was so good to be back out exploring and seeing the sites winter camping brings. Staying at the West Mid Showground it's only a 15 minute walk into the town.
Join us this week as we explore Shrewsbury, the beautiful historic town in Shropshire where we get to experience life in prison, a very old ale house and take a walk around the town visiting dog friendly places.

Great to see you guys back and well. Congrats to the Christmas winner, that bridge over the river looked like Chester. I hadn't realised Ricky did his time in Shrewsbury. I have just shaved my beard off after people coming up to me asking if I was Ricky Tomlinson, which is really annoying as he is nearly 30 years older than me😂😂 I might have to loose some weight as well😎Cheers K.

Welcome back! Loved this vlog in particular as we live in Shrewsbury!! The common version, not the posh. 😆 I added a bit of a brief Shrewsbury tour vlog on our channel last year. It's entitled, 'Update on Brompton Swytch Kit battery mount and tour of Shrewsbury.' If you do take a peak, do ignore the Brompton section, it is a bit of a dry topic if you're not into them. Nice to see you back, we did Shrewsbury last year as part of a Cotswold tour, but didn't do the prison, so will have to return, we stayed at Love to Stay, behind Salop Leisure, it had the best shower block ever, it had a bus stop immediately outside so ideal to get to town .Enjoy your trips

Brilliant video - we did the prison tour a few years ago (before it had a restaurant), it was that cold inside my friends lip went blue. We never really explored Shrewsbury so defo going to revisit but in our van this time.

It's a ridge monkey, they are brilliant you can use them for so much, many different sizes now and we have a review on our channel if you search back which you might find useful, it's been one of the best things we have bought for the van and we take it everywhere 🥰

We love Shrewsbury and can confirm that is the perfect site to walk into Town. We missed the prison as didn’t realise it was dog friendly so we may just return 😊 it’s a shame that last beer was a half otherwise Iain might have brought the dolls house. Great watch as always ❤
