Maxx May have been the Raiders defensive & offensive MVP, after G Minshews Int, Maxx went to Gardner and let him know that Gardner had Maxx and the team behind him. That’s leaders leading! Awesome Maxx.

That turned Minshew back to being the real Minshew. Spillane's int really helped turn the tide too. Lamar Jackson didn't want to run, he was shook. The Ravens defense couldn't hold the line and deal with the 2nd half passing.

James Jones made a great point in the post-game show that the key to getting the offense going was to stop with 12 personnel and spread it out. It made the Ravens go to a 4-man rush and give up on so many blitzes/stunts that were blowing everything up. They had to try to match up, and Tae & Bowers were too good. Until the OL gets it together, I think that's the way to go. Start with the spread offense and then work off of that. It also suits Minshew better, going back to the Air Raid system he played in college.

Raider D kept Lamar in the pocket all day, not letting him get loose for big runs, that was the key to victory in my mind. His only big run was the last play of the game.

It's not even that. It's different formations and motions to make the other team think you're going to pass so linebackers have to back off or stay back longer or having that extra blocker you usually have in pass protection so there's more offensive lineman than defensive lineman. But to your point, you still need our recievers to be involved and do well to make that plan work

Raider fans are crazy. They say start AOC. Now Minshew win, he is the guy. I been saying it, give him a chance he just got here. About 4 months ago to learn a new system, under a new coach, new O coach and a weak Oline. It will take some time but I said he will be fine. Minshew is a solid QB. Not saying he is Elite, but history shows you dont need to be an ELITE QB to win and even go to the bowl. You just need to be a competent QB with a solid defense and you can go very very far

I felt we had better weapons than Jacksonville at the time. I LOVE CARR,but thought itvwas time to split. Actually after he cried on the field when he got that injurie!! I broke my foot when I was 16 playing pickup football. I continue. To play on it hop and skip to finish game. Mom had to take me to hospital. Broke my clavicle diving for baseball at 17. And many more accidents and breaks. And never cried. Even motorcycle accidents breaking bones. I think he lost alot of respect from player after that. I will cry after a lost or a great win. But in battle or hurt I never could cried. Unless you call calling on Jesus crying lol

One of the good things AP did was hold on to the timeouts till he absolutley needed them. We had all 3 till the end of each half and they became super important, mostly to give the defense a break.

We found the formula, pass with the spread offense first and often, then run the ball when they least expect it. Continue to go to Adam's on one side and Bowers on there other. Sprinkler in Meyers and tucker.

Look like we’ve somewhat established an identity on offense and it makes sense, pass first run second. Your best athletes on offense is your receivers, QB, RB’s then the O-Line in that order. We’ll see going forward but if we can play complimentary football like we did in the 2nd half, more particularly the 4th qtr., we may have a shot at being better than .500.

Miller just had shoulder surgery. Even if it was a clean up job, no way he will be 100%. The pushing and pulling at the line is consistently placing strain on that shoulder. He is toughing it out.

If that was AOC taking sacks, you would sing a different tune. Getsy deserves some credit he gamed it up and got the ball to his play makers. If Gardner can play within himself and just get the ball out he can have huge success, stop trying to be something he ain't and follow Brock Purdy's blueprint. Master the offense and run it as best he can, he can change the way people view him. Brock Purdy doesn't try to be dynamic he wants the ball in the hands of the first guy open as fast as he can get it to him. That's the magic of Purdy's game. Gardner tries to be a game changer instead of game manager and that's when gets in trouble. Just get it out and let them run with it. He will look much better than he truly is.
