Regardless of they’re easy schedule in the beginning, this team locked up a playoff spot early when pundits had them finishing last. Perspective is big.

Steeler Nation is full of unrealistic, ungrateful idiots. This team has over achieved at this point. No one picked them to win the division. No one had this team in the playoffs. The Steelers take two QBs who most were saying weren’t any good and yet with one regular season game left the Steelers can still win the AFC North title. Even if they don’t win the division they are in the playoffs. People can blow that off if they want but only 14 of 32 teams qualify for a chance to win a Championship.

i like patterson, not as a RB let Najee and Warren make their plays, but shift him back to his WR position which he was when he was first drafted and he can be a big WR in the middle of the field he is a great 3rd/4th WR with good size

The offense needs to stop with the long developing pass plays/play action pass plays. We have quick shifty receivers, so scheme them open and get the ball out quick and let them make a play with the ball in their hands. This will also help the whole line if they’ve been struggling.

The biggest problem is HEAD COACH who year after year allows this to happen. Fails to make meaningful changes, Plays the wrong players, tolerates lack of discipline, and has done nothing to prepare his teams for games. Tomlin wasted the Killer Bees, now he is wasting the highest paid defense loaded with talent. If he can't motivate this team then he has lost the team.

Minkah is a small piece of the problem but beanie said in an interview that one of his interceptions was on a play where minkah pulled him out of his assignment so he could go make a play because of something he saw. Wonder how often that happens and makes the other guys look bad.

Yeah I would be optimistic if this wasn't more of the same from them I've been a fan for way too long and I know better. This has been like a curse for this team since they won the Super Bowl. They seem to somehow make it to the playoffs most of the time but they only win one game and they're done every single time. I said this before any of these players were getting pissed off, this kind of s*** should not be happening at this point in the season regardless of anything , I'm done making excuses for them. You have the fans that blame it on injuries, blame it on the offensive line, blame it on the quarterback, I'm simply done making excuses for them. Take a look at the Steelers contracts, the lowest paid player on the team, Ben skoronik.. makes around 1.2 million dollars, guys like Pat freiermuth make 12 million a year, that is 1.4 million per game!!! All the people in the team complaining about having to play 3 games in 11 days, look, there are paid extremely well for what they do.. they are paid better than doctors, better than surgeons, better than military personnel, these players are paid more money than any one single profession in the world, I believe. So I make no excuses for them, think about this, you're paid 1.4 million to play a game for 4 hours where you're not even on the field the entire time. So I'm done making excuses for this team it's b*******, there's no discipline on the team, does anybody remember how Bill Cowher used to coach this team? Bill Cowher used to be up and down that Sideline and when guys f***** up he was in their face letting them know about it, Tomlin stays silent on that sideline.. he's too busy worried about being their friend, then a disciplined no-nonsense coach that doesn't put up with this nonsense at this point in the year after earning a 10 - 3 record. I believe they're going to lose the game against Cincinnati next week which will be four in a row, I've lost faith that they're going to do much else this season and anybody thinks that they're going to go farther than that you're absolutely crazy!!

This is BS! The Steelers lost these last three games due to being outplayed! Personally, Smith’s offense maybe slightly better than Canada’s but not by much! You have rookie WR-Wilson who maybe a bust, your right tackle stinks, your left tackle gets bull rushed all the time, you barely use your TE’s in the middle of the field, unless it’s seam route, you never motion Pickens, you don’t use bunch formations on offense, and lastly, to be honest, the defense is beat up, JPJ is overrated…outside of Watt, Elliot and Heyward, the rest of the players are below average, JPJ…one INT, and a handful of penalties! Until Tomlin and his below average coaches are gone, put a stamp on it…the Steelers will not win another championship!

Plus Pittsburgh is a family oriented team and the fan base will never forgive him for his charges i feel like thats part of the tension.
