This is a very beautiful airplane. It's so nice to see her flying again. It shows that she has her amazing looks now. It's probably one of the best looking Super Connies I've ever seen. She just really shines, and is a real treat to be seen by many especially in flight. Really pretty airplane she is!!!!

Such a gorgeous aircraft. And that sound! I could listen to it flying past all day. It's even impressive at idle. According to Wikipedia Qantas had 16 Super Constellations beginning in 1954. I don't imagine that their carrying capacity was particularly wonderful, but what very stylish machines.

I remember flying in one of these as a child in the 1960s and being alarmed by the flames emitted by the engines on start up. Otherwise it was a lovely plane to fly in!

it could be engine swapped with turboprops, a glass cockpit, fly by wire, modernized interior, and be used as a unique regional aircraft

If I had the means, I would build a retro airline from scratch. If there are enough people foo...sh enough to pay for "climatescam-tickets" , I bet there must be at least 10 times as many willing to pay a few extra pennies for the pleasure of flying with these beautiful machines.

@@DrBearAviation я смотрю издалека...в ютьюбе! а надо бы выбраться в музей.... ввс израиля... в беер- шеве! там я ... 25 лет назад...впервые потрогал рукой легендарные фантом и миг-21...еще не совсем понимая...что это такое....🙂🙂🙂
