I purchased this for my new home. I liked that it was a lock with camera but I'm pretty disappointed that it doesn't have a motion record. I kept trying to figure it out thinking I was just missing something in the settings but your video confirmed that it does not motion record. So things like packages will not record for their delivery. I will have to add another camera for motion detection. I might not have purchased it had I known this in advance. All that being said...I love the camera quality. I love knowing my door is locked and I love that the keys move around with each push. So having to know the code and not just memorizing the key position is a cool security feature. Still though, I think for the lack of the motion record my money would have been better spent with a different type of wifi locking system for half the price and adding a ring door bell is the better way to go, financially.

With the Lockly smart door lock, if a break in attempt facilitated with a "bump Key" was utilized, would the door open or would the internal circuitry lock the dead bolt?

Just installed the vision, I like a lot of the features some I won't use like the google home or Alexa The App does what I need. The finger print and keypad is great. But the camera for me ended up to be almost useless because I have a screen door which block the camera, unless someone opens the doors and pushes the button.

I think he mentioned that the camera only works when someone pushed the button anyways so you will be able to use it

I checked their website's FAQ, it shows only Google Home Assistant and Amazon Alexa. I think Apple Homekit integration would be available soon, let's see

Such a great product for just $400 plus $55 for extended warranty in addition to the $20 plus dollar tax. For all that technology in one device I can’t complain about the price. Great buy for me

be warned camera does not have motion sensor or nightvision, only works if built in door bell is pushed, so knocking shows you nothing.

The app is horrible. Regular set up sending a code to someone works horribly. I have this lock on my rental properties and I can be right next to door and renters code dont work. Admin can do it but not when you send code to person to set up.

It would be nice if it had a 4K camera and made the door lock hubless. It would be nice if they added the hub portion inside the door lock and also available with Apple HomeKit. And also color night vision with 180-degree camera view vertically and horizontally. With face ID.

Disappointing that the hub has to be physically connected to the router. I thought the hub would connect to home Wifi and connect to the lock through bluetooth.

I have this for our "new" house. A bit pricey but so far worth it. GOOD THINGS we like is how easy now is to get in and out from home. With app, sometimes takes time to be ready to be use but works fine. All features are fine for now. BAD THINGS: if u have a screendoor the camera wont work, also the battery life is the worst. Ive been using it for a couple weeks and the battery is qkready at 80% and its 8 aa batteries. Which arr not expensive. After all im ok

Keeps an honest thief honest. I mean if someone wants to really get into your house, they could break a window, kick the door in as most doors open in and away from the Jam. Double doors only use a pin on top and bottom to hold them and a good kick will break them open. I mean what it boils down too is how smart the person is who is wanting too enter. Also, since it has video you may be alerted someone is there, however is they are wearing a mask that would rule the camera features out. How far down the rabbit hole do you wish to go?

Lockly vision is bad device to purchase. i bought two of them. both the lock and the hub didn't work and technical support didn't know how to resolve the issues. I am returning them back to Home Depot. What a waste of time.

That piece of shit lock is just garbage. You literally paying 400 for a deadbolt with finger print scaner. All the functions are limited to one user. The rest of users have only ONE function avalable. And only one person can see the camera
