There are cracks in the foundation. You should investigate prior to purchase.

Whilst I see the potential for something special here you’d need to start again and knock down most of the buildings in my opinion. I don’t know who decided on this price but I suggest someone is having a laugh 😂!

I did not want to say it. I’m glad you said it first. Crumbling foundation, no electricity, 250 thou for 40 acres. The buildings can be used but; there will be a lot of work. No supplies close by. Don’t forget the milk. LOL it does look lovely. The price is a killer!!!!
