Sir please make a video on how politician-builder lobby is preventing proper redevelopment in old parts of Thane city by giving extremely low FSIs. By doing this, self-redevelopment of old cooperative housing societies is getting sabotaged systematically. An FSI of 2 was to be given every society for self redevelopment. The CM himself was keen on doing this but local politicians from all parties, and the builder lobby together are deliberately preventing that from happening

It is a classic case just like Vijay Maliya and Lalit Modi , Lodha too will fly off from the country with all the money he is accumulated and then there will be long trail of court and government to bring the accused back in india, first thing first try to put a police FIR stating that these builder should not be going out of country without resolving all the issues pending under his name and should immediately start scanning all the bank transaction as most of the money by now must have been moved to the other country bank account, possibility is that all the agreement will be in his sons name as they are not politically inclined hence have a free hand to move out and Lodha himself will take care over here as he is politically involved in the constituency of our country.

There's a residential project Bel Air (Under Construction) in Jogeshwari West.... The land was purchased from Patel Engineering which Patel purchased from someone else to build a Mall. The area is under industrial zone and Pfizer had an office building there. Mall's RCC reached about 60% RCC completion. Then suddenly Lodha took over and demolished the structure and started residential structure. I guess Patel is in Hand with Lodha in buying plots at less value.
