Loen Skylift is STUNNING! - Olden - P&O Iona Norwegian Fjords

We start today with an absolutely stunning cruise along the #Nordfjorden before docking at Olden. We then take a trip on the #LoenSkylift to the top of Mount Hoven and enjoy some absolutely breathtaking views of the fjords and mountains. We're lucky enough to spot some base jumpers in wing suits jumping from the side of the mountain.
Returning to the ship we enjoy an evening meal at Sindhu while watching the beautiful fjords pass by the ship. We also check out the Glass House in the Atrium and Andersons gin bar to try the Marabelle gin distilled on Iona. We end the evening relaxing on the balcony and even get a pass from the International Space Station.
This is our first ever cruise and we've chosen to travel on the P&O Iona ship in May 2024, stopping off at Stavanger, Olden, Ålesund & Haugesund. We have activities booked at all four ports! We're also checking out the onboard offerings, dining, drinks... Come along and see how we get on!
